Description:

During this ABLE presentation the presenter demonstrated how he/she applies algebra techniques to solve work problems for estimating job costs for construction bids. The presenter worked with students to calculate how long a job will take to complete using crews with different job completion rates (e.g., If  crew A can do the job in 10 days and crew B can do the job in 20 days, how long will it take both crews to do the job?).
