San Bernardino City Professional Firefighters
Description:

During this ABLE presentation Tom demonstrated how firefighters use multistep equations to fight fires.  Tom worked with students to make water pressure calculations.  Given an elevation students calculated the appropriate engine pressure. Later, students were taken outside where one student held the fire hose during an elevation simulation exercise.
