Mentors - The term mentor is used to describe an adult volunteer who serves as a positive role model and encourages youths' personal development. The mentor may have a one-on-one relationship with a single youth, or
may act as a mentor for a group of young adults. The Alliance for Education's mentor program helps align the interest areas of young adults with caring professionals within the community.
